  2. Minimum Ad Spend Requirement: To qualify for the 30-day free trial, clients must meet a minimum ad spend requirement of Rs. 1,00,000. This requirement ensures that clients have sufficient resources to fully utilize and assess the benefits of our services during the trial period.
  3. Upgrade to Premium: Upon upgrading from the trial offer to a premium subscription, no refunds will be initiated. Additionally, refunds cannot be processed for services that are not eligible for the free trial. However, clients retain the option to request the cessation or cancellation of their subscription within 15 days prior to the end of the billing cycle, excluding PR services.
  4. Refunds for PR Services: Services related to Public Relations are eligible for refunds under specific conditions. A refund amounting to 60% of the total payment will be issued, with the remaining 40% deducted to cover incurred expenses. Clients must submit refund requests within 36 hours of service delivery via email.
  5. 1-Year Contract Clause: In the event of a contractual agreement spanning one year between the client and Xeler8 Global, our company shall not be held liable if the client perceives no discernible results within the stipulated timeframe. Should the client opt to terminate the subscription prematurely, services will cease immediately, although refunds will not be provided for the duration of services rendered.
  6. Legal Action for Non-Payment: Xeler8 Global reserves the right to take stringent legal actions against clients who fail to fulfill their financial obligations without prior notification. Such actions may include legal proceedings to recover outstanding payments.
  7. Advance Payment for Premium Services: Following the upgrade to a premium subscription, clients are required to remit 100% advance payment for any subsequent services they wish to engage with. This ensures seamless service delivery and maintains the integrity of our financial transactions.
  8. Non-Payment Consequences: In the event of non-payment by a client without prior notice, Xeler8 Global reserves the right to implement necessary measures to address the situation. These measures may include restricting or deleting the client’s work and associated website/app until outstanding bills are settled.
